Dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality representation in a variety of licensing and permitting matters.

I am an attorney specializing in licensing, permitting, and business consulting for the hospitality industry.  In the Greater-Boston area and throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, I guide clients (restaurants, bars, nightclubs, private clubs, breweries, hotels, package stores, etc.) through the entire food, alcohol beverage, and entertainment licensing and permitting process, including oversight of the government relations and community affairs process, completion of the often-tedious municipal and ABCC license application and zoning appeals processes, negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, lease negotiations, and representation of businesses before local and state licensing and permitting authorities for both transactional and disciplinary matters.

In addition to my legal practice, I have a strategic partnership with McDermott Ventures, a business consulting firm specializing in public affairs, real estate development, and marketing communications. McDermott Ventures represents large national real estate companies and some of the nation's major REITs, as well as local real estate service companies, and small entrepreneurial developers, as they grow their portfolios in Massachusetts.

I am admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New York and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. I received my J.D. from New England School of Law in Boston, where I was a member of the Moot Court team and a recipient of the Cali Award for Excellence in Trial Practice. I received my B.A. in Political Science from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.

I am also the co-founder of Pilates with Purpose, Inc., a non-profit organization established in 2014, which organized periodic events for professional women in Boston to learn how to stay healthy, build their professional and support networks, and raise funds for local charities supporting women, families and children throughout the Boston-metro area.
